Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the website of Leap Publishing (“Leap Books”), member of the Infinite Advancement Group, and to all content published on it. By using this website you agree to these Terms. Governed under Swiss law.

1. Scope
This website presents our publishing programme, authors, films and editions. It is an information platform; purchases are concluded exclusively with the respective retailer, not with Leap Publishing.

2. Intellectual property
All texts, cover artwork, photographs, videos, logos and trademarks on this site are protected by copyright and related rights. They may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or made publicly available without prior written permission. Rights to author content remain with the respective rightsholders.

3. Manuscripts and submissions
Unsolicited submissions are welcome but create no obligation on our part. We do not assume liability for the loss of submitted material, and submission alone does not establish a publishing agreement. Any publication is governed by a separate written contract.

4. Availability and content
Titles, prices, publication dates and availability may change without notice. All offers are non-binding. We strive for accuracy but assume no responsibility for the correctness, timeliness or completeness of the information provided.

5. External links
Links to third-party websites, including retailers, are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no liability for it.

6. Liability
Liability claims against Leap Publishing for material or immaterial damages arising from access to, or use or non-use of, this website, from misuse of the connection or from technical disruptions are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Newsletter
Subscription requires confirmation by double opt-in and can be cancelled at any time. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms, the content of this website or its availability at any time without prior notice.
